In addition to what is provided for in Article 89 through the preceding Article, a motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must observe the matters prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for improving technology relating to the maintenance of motor vehicles, promoting the practice of appropriate inspection and maintenance, and otherwise ensuring the proper operation of the business of the motor vehicle specified maintenance business.
自動車特定整備事業者は、第八十九条から前条までに定めるもののほか、自動車の整備についての技術の向上、適切な点検及び整備の励行の促進その他自動車特定整備事業の業務の適正な運営を確保するために国土交通省令で定める事項を遵守しなければならない。
