If the Director of a District Transport Bureau finds that the facilities and employees of the place of business of a motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator do not conform to the standards under Article 80, paragraph (1), item (i), or that the operator is not observing the matters prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism referred to in the preceding Article with respect to the operation of its business, the Director may order that motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator to take the measures necessary to bring its facilities and employees into conformity with the standards or to improve the operation of its business.
地方運輸局長は、自動車特定整備事業者の事業場の設備及び従業員が第八十条第一項第一号の規定による基準に適合せず、又はその業務の運営に関し前条の国土交通省令で定める事項を遵守していないと認めるときは、当該自動車特定整備事業者に対し、その設備及び従業員を基準に適合させるため、又はその業務の運営を改善するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
