A motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must display, at its place of business, a sign of the form prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism so that it is easily visible to the public.
自動車特定整備事業者は、事業場において、公衆の見やすいように、国土交通省令で定める様式の標識を掲げなければならない。
A person other than a motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must not display the sign referred to in the preceding paragraph or a sign similar thereto.
自動車特定整備事業者以外の者は、前項の標識又はこれに類似する標識を掲げてはならない。
