When a change has arisen in any of the following matters, a motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator must notify the Director of a District Transport Bureau within 30 days from the day on which the ground arose:
自動車特定整備事業者は、次に掲げる事項について変更が生じたときは、その事由が生じた日から三十日以内に、地方運輸局長に届け出なければならない。
name and address;
氏名又は名称及び住所
in the case of a juridical person, the names of its officers;
法人にあつては、その役員の氏名
the location of the place of business;
事業場の所在地
among the facilities of the place of business, those that are particularly important and are prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
事業場の設備のうち国土交通省令で定める特に重要なもの
When a motor vehicle specified maintenance business operator has discontinued its business, it must notify the Director of a District Transport Bureau to that effect within 30 days from that day.
自動車特定整備事業者は、その事業を廃止したときは、その日から三十日以内に、その旨を地方運輸局長に届け出なければならない。
