The following matters must be stated in the articles of incorporation of the Organization:
協会の定款には、次の事項を記載しなければならない。
purpose;
目的
name;
名称
the location of the office;
事務所の所在地
matters concerning officers, such as the number, terms of office and method of selection of officers;
役員の定数、任期、選任方法その他役員に関する事項
matters concerning the board of councilors;
評議員会に関する事項
matters concerning business and its execution;
業務及びその執行に関する事項
matters concerning finance and accounting;
財務及び会計に関する事項
matters concerning amendment of the articles of incorporation;
定款の変更に関する事項
method of public notice.
公告の方法
An amendment to the articles of incorporation of the Organization does not take effect unless authorization of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is obtained.
協会の定款の変更は、国土交通大臣の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。
