When the Minister's staff members conduct an on-site inspection pursuant to paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may have the Agency conduct the investigation necessary for the technical verification under Article 63-2, paragraph (6) or Article 63-3, paragraph (5).
国土交通大臣は、前条第一項の規定によりその職員が立入検査を行う場合には、第六十三条の二第六項又は第六十三条の三第五項の規定による技術的な検証のために必要な調査を機構に行わせることができる。
When the Agency has conducted the investigation under the preceding paragraph, it must, without delay, notify the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of the result of that investigation.
