In addition to what is prescribed in this Act, the method of managing motor vehicle registration number plates, the matters to be posted at the place of business, and other matters to be observed by a motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent in order to ensure the proper issuance of motor vehicle registration number plates are specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
この法律に規定するもののほか、自動車登録番号標の管理の方法、事業場に掲示すべき事項その他自動車登録番号標の適正な交付の確保のために自動車登録番号標交付代行者の遵守すべき事項は、国土交通省令で定める。
Where the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism finds that the proper issuance of motor vehicle registration number plates is not being ensured because a motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent is not observing the matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under the preceding paragraph, the Minister may order that motor vehicle registration number plate issuing agent to take necessary measures for remedying the situation, such as improving the method of managing motor vehicle registration number plates.
国土交通大臣は、自動車登録番号標交付代行者が前項の国土交通省令で定める事項を遵守していないため自動車登録番号標の適正な交付が確保されていないと認めるときは、当該自動車登録番号標交付代行者に対し、自動車登録番号標の管理の方法の改善その他その是正のために必要な措置を講ずべきことを命ずることができる。
