Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
The provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the designation under Article 119, paragraph (1) of the New Medical Care Act. In this case, the phrase "Articles 113 and" in Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Articles 119 and", and the phrase "Article 113, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 119, paragraph (1)".
附則第五条の規定は、新医療法第百十九条第一項の規定による指定について準用する。この場合において、附則第五条第二項中「第百十三条及び」とあるのは「第百十九条及び」と、「第百十三条第一項」とあるのは「第百十九条第一項」と読み替えるものとする。
