第八条
The provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis to the designation under Article 120, paragraph (1) of the New Medical Care Act. In this case, the phrase "Articles 113 and" in Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Articles 120 and", and the phrase "Article 113, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 120, paragraph (1)".
附則第五条の規定は、新医療法第百二十条第一項の規定による指定について準用する。この場合において、附則第五条第二項中「第百十三条及び」とあるのは「第百二十条及び」と、「第百十三条第一項」とあるのは「第百二十条第一項」と読み替えるものとする。
