Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Change of the Articles of Incorporation or Act of Endowment
第六条（定款又は寄附行為の変更に関する経過措置）
A medical corporation existing when the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect that, as a result of the enforcement of the item (ii) New Act, needs to change its articles of incorporation or act of endowment must file an application for the approval under Article 54-9, paragraph (3) of the item (ii) New Act within two years counted from the item (ii) Effective Date.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に存する医療法人は、第二号新法の施行に伴い、定款又は寄附行為の変更が必要となる場合には、第二号施行日から起算して二年以内に、第二号新法第五十四条の九第三項の認可の申請をしなければならない。
With regard to the articles of incorporation or act of endowment of a medical corporation existing when the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions of Article 44, paragraph (2), item (vii) of the item (ii) New Act do not apply until the day on which two years have passed from the item (ii) Effective Date (for a medical corporation that has filed an application for approval of a change of the articles of incorporation or act of endowment pursuant to the preceding paragraph, until the day on which a disposition on that application was made).
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に存する医療法人の定款又は寄附行為は、第二号施行日から起算して二年を経過する日（前項の規定により定款又は寄附行為の変更の認可の申請をした医療法人については、当該申請に対する処分があった日）までは、第二号新法第四十四条第二項第七号の規定は、適用しない。
