第五条（損害賠償に関する経過措置）
With regard to the liability for damages of a councillor, director or auditor of a medical corporation existing at the time of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, based on an act before the item (ii) Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
