Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Concerning Medical Care Plans
第七条（医療計画に関する経過措置）
A medical care plan determined pursuant to the provisions of Article 30-3, paragraph (1) of the Former Medical Care Act before the Effective Date (including one changed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (10) of that Article) is deemed to be a medical care plan determined pursuant to the provisions of Article 30-4, paragraph (1) of the New Medical Care Act until it is determined pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph.
施行日前に旧医療法第三十条の三第一項の規定により定められた医療計画（同条第十項の規定により変更されたものを含む。）は、新医療法第三十条の四第一項の規定により定められるまでの間は、同項の規定により定められた医療計画とみなす。
