Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Preparation before the Effective Date
第十六条（施行日前の準備）
With regard to preparing a draft of the particulars listed in Article 6-5, paragraph (1), item (vii) or items (xi) through (xiii) of the New Medical Care Act or a draft of the standards prescribed in paragraph (4) of that Article, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may hear the opinions of groups of persons with relevant knowledge and experience in medical practice even before the Effective Date.
新医療法第六条の五第一項第七号若しくは第十一号から第十三号までに掲げる事項の案又は同条第四項に規定する基準の案の作成については、厚生労働大臣は、施行日前においても診療に関する学識経験者の団体の意見を聴くことができる。
