Supplementary Provisions

一the amending provisions for Article 7, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Aged in Article 1, the amending provisions adding one paragraph to Article 7 of that Act, and the amending provisions adding one Article after Article 31 of that Act (limited to the portion pertaining to Article 31-2, paragraphs (7) and (8) of that Act); the amending provisions for Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Aged in Article 4, the amending provisions for Article 8, paragraph (1) of that Act, the amending provisions adding one section after Chapter 3, Section 3 of that Act (limited to the portion pertaining to Article 46-2, paragraphs (5) and (6) of that Act), and the amending provisions adding one chapter after Chapter 3 of that Act (limited to the portion pertaining to the provisions of Article 46-8, paragraphs (5) through (7) of that Act); and the provisions of Article 6, and the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (2), Article 12 and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;

二the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the preceding item), the provisions of Article 5 and the provisions of Article 7, and the provisions of Article 16, Articles 24 through 29, Article 31 and Article 35 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation.
