附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Articles 3, 7 and 11, the provisions of Article 24 (excluding the provision amending Article 19 of the Commissioned Welfare Volunteers Act; the same applies in Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions of Article 25 (excluding the provisions amending Articles 17 and 21 of the Social Welfare Services Act; the same applies in Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions of Article 28 (excluding the provisions amending Articles 35, 56-2, 58 and 58-2 of the Child Welfare Act), and the provisions of Article 7, Articles 12 through 14 and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which six months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第三条、第七条及び第十一条の規定、第二十四条の規定（民生委員法第十九条の改正規定を除く。附則第七条において同じ。）、第二十五条の規定（社会福祉事業法第十七条及び第二十一条の改正規定を除く。附則第七条において同じ。）、第二十八条の規定（児童福祉法第三十五条、第五十六条の二、第五十八条及び第五十八条の二の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第七条、第十二条から第十四条まで及び第十七条の規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日
