附 則
This Act comes into effect on a date specified by Cabinet Order, within a period not exceeding eight months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して八箇月をこえない範囲内で政令で定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 7-2 as amended by this Act do not apply to an application for permission filed before this Act comes into effect that pertains to the establishment of a hospital, an increase in the number of beds or a change in bed classifications.
