第百四十一条
A medical institution work environment evaluation center must have an advisory committee on evaluation services, etc.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターには、評価等業務諮問委員会を置かなければならない。
The advisory committee on evaluation services, etc. may, in response to consultation by the representative of the medical institution work environment evaluation center, investigate and deliberate on the implementation method of the evaluation services, etc., the result of evaluation based on the evaluation services, etc. and other important matters concerning the implementation of the evaluation services, etc., and state to the representative of the medical institution work environment evaluation center the opinions it finds necessary regarding them.
評価等業務諮問委員会は、医療機関勤務環境評価センターの代表者の諮問に応じ、評価等業務の実施方法、評価等業務に基づく評価の結果その他評価等業務の実施に関する重要事項を調査審議し、及びこれらに関し必要と認める意見を医療機関勤務環境評価センターの代表者に述べることができる。
The members of the advisory committee on evaluation services, etc. are appointed by the representative of the medical institution work environment evaluation center, with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, from among persons with a high level of insight regarding medical care, persons with a high level of insight regarding labor and other persons with learning and experience.
評価等業務諮問委員会の委員は、医療に関して高い識見を有する者、労働に関して高い識見を有する者その他学識経験を有する者のうちから、厚生労働大臣の認可を受けて、医療機関勤務環境評価センターの代表者が任命する。
