第二条（検討）
The Government is to, with a target of three years after this Act comes into effect, take into account the status of the implementation of the provisions as amended by this Act, review those provisions, and, when it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、この法律による改正後の規定の実施状況を勘案し、当該規定について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
