If a judicial police constable has received an offender caught in the act, said constable must ascertain the name and residence of the arrester and the reason for the arrest. When it is necessary, said constable may require the arrester to accompany said constable to a public agency.
司法巡査は、犯人を受け取つた場合には、逮捕者の氏名、住居及び逮捕の事由を聴き取らなければならない。必要があるときは、逮捕者に対しともに官公署に行くことを求めることができる。
