Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the School Education Act
第三条（学校教育法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
An application for approval pertaining to a kindergarten established by a municipality that is being made, at the time this Act comes into effect, under the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1) of the School Education Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 9 is deemed to be a notification made under the provisions of Article 4-2 of the School Education Act as amended by the provisions of Article 9.
この法律の施行の際現に第九条の規定による改正前の学校教育法第四条第一項の規定によりされている市町村の設置する幼稚園に係る認可の申請は、第九条の規定による改正後の学校教育法第四条の二の規定によりされた届出とみなす。
A closure order pertaining to a kindergarten established by a municipality that was issued before this Act comes into effect under the provisions of Article 13 of the School Education Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 9 is deemed to be a closure order issued under the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 13, paragraph (2) of the School Education Act as amended by the provisions of Article 9.
この法律の施行前に第九条の規定による改正前の学校教育法第十三条の規定によりされた市町村の設置する幼稚園に係る閉鎖命令は、第九条の規定による改正後の学校教育法第十三条第二項の規定において準用する同条第一項の規定によりされた閉鎖命令とみなす。
