Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on January 1, 2003.
この法律は、平成十五年一月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the School Education Act
第十一条（学校教育法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 9, item (iv) of the School Education Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to persons who, on or after the Effective Date, are subject to a disposition of revocation of a certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) or (2) of the New Act, and the provisions then in force continue to govern persons who were subject to a disposition of revocation of a certificate prescribed in Article 11 of the Former Act before the Effective Date, and persons who, by having been subject to a disposition prescribed in the proviso to Article 11 of the Former Act before the Effective Date, are subject to a disposition of revocation of a certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 or Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions on or after the Effective Date.
前条の規定による改正後の学校教育法第九条第四号の規定は、施行日以後に新法第十一条第一項又は第二項の規定により免許状取上げの処分を受けた者について適用し、施行日前に旧法第十一条に規定する免許状取上げの処分を受けた者及び施行日前に旧法第十一条ただし書に規定する処分を受けたことにより施行日以後に附則第四条又は第六条の規定により免許状取上げの処分を受けた者については、なお従前の例による。
