Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the School Education Act
第三条（学校教育法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
An application for approval of the establishment or abolition of a kindergarten established by a designated city under Article 252-19, paragraph (1) of the Local Autonomy Act, a change of founder, or any other matter specified by Cabinet Order, that is being made, at the time the provisions of Article 22 come into effect, under the provisions of Article 4 of the School Education Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of that Article, is deemed to be a notification made under the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (3) of the School Education Act as amended by the provisions of Article 22.
第二十二条の規定の施行の際現に同条の規定による改正前の学校教育法第四条の規定によりされている地方自治法第二百五十二条の十九第一項の指定都市の設置する幼稚園の設置廃止、設置者の変更その他政令で定める事項についての認可の申請は、第二十二条の規定による改正後の学校教育法第四条第三項の規定によりされた届出とみなす。
