Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1984.
この法律は、昭和五十九年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to a person who falls under any of the following items, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 55, paragraph (4) of the School Education Act as amended:
次の各号の一に該当する者については、改正後の学校教育法第五十五条第四項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
A person who, on March 31, 1984, was enrolled in a course of veterinary studies at a university and continues to be enrolled in that course;
昭和五十九年三月三十一日に大学において獣医学を履修する課程に在学し、引き続き当該課程に在学する者
In addition to the persons stated in the preceding item, a person who was enrolled in a university before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") and who, on or after the Effective Date, has come to be enrolled in a course of veterinary studies at a university, as specified by the supervisory agency.
前号に掲げる者のほか、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に大学に在学し、施行日以後に大学において獣医学を履修する課程に在学することとなつた者で監督庁が定めるもの
