第八条
Junior high schools may provide education to regular elementary school graduates and persons who have completed the primary course of national elementary school by correspondence courses, until otherwise provided for by law.
中学校は、当分の間、尋常小学校卒業者及び国民学校初等科修了者に対して、通信による教育を行うことができる。
The necessary matters regarding education referred to in the preceding paragraph are as provided for by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
前項の教育に関し必要な事項は、文部科学大臣の定めるところによる。
