第十八条（資本の減少に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern a capital reduction for which a resolution under Article 375, paragraph (1) of the Former Commercial Code or Article 47 of the Former Limited Liability Companies Act was adopted before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に旧商法第三百七十五条第一項又は旧有限会社法第四十七条の決議があった資本の減少に関しては、なお従前の例による。
