Article 510Prohibition of Set-Offs Against Any Claim Exempt from Attachment as Passive Set-Off Claim
第五百十条（差押禁止債権を受働債権とする相殺の禁止）
If any claim is exempt from seizure the obligor of that claim may not assert the set-off as defense against the obligee of that claim.
