Article 339Registered Statutory Liens for Preservation of Immovables or Construction Work for Immovables
第三百三十九条（登記をした不動産保存又は不動産工事の先取特権）
Statutory liens registered in accordance with the provisions of the preceding two Articles may be exercised before mortgages.
