法第百八条の規定による賃金台帳は、常時使用される労働者（一箇月を超えて引続き使用される日々雇い入れられる者を含む。）については様式第二十号日々雇い入れられる者（一箇月を超えて引続き使用される者を除く。）については様式第二十一号によつて、これを調製しなければならない。
A wage ledger pursuant to the provisions of Article 108 of the Act must be prepared for regular workers (including those hired on a daily basis who continue to be employed for a period exceeding one month) according to Form No. 20, and for workers hired on a daily basis according to Form No. 21 (excluding those who continue to be employed for a period exceeding one month).
