災害補償を行う場合には、死傷の原因たる事故発生の日又は診断によつて疾病の発生が確定した日を、平均賃金を算定すべき事由の発生した日とする。
When accident compensation is made, the date when the accident causing death or injury has occurred or the date which is confirmed by diagnosis as that of the outbreak of the illness shall be the date when a cause has arisen to calculate average wages.
