この法律（附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定にあっては、当該規定。以下この条において同じ。）の施行前にこの法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律（これらに基づく命令を含む。以下この条において同じ。）の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。
Dispositions, procedures, and other acts that were carried out before the enforcement of this Act (for a provision listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions, that provision; hereinafter the same applies in this Article) under the provisions of the respective Acts prior to the amendment by this Act (including orders based on them; hereinafter the same applies in this Article) and for which there are corresponding provisions in the respective Acts after the amendment by this Act are, except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, deemed to have been carried out under the corresponding provisions of the respective Acts after the amendment by this Act.
