Supplementary Provisions, Article 16
If a person listed in the following items (excluding a person to whom Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions applies) makes a claim for certification under Article 9, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of the same year, the revision of the amount of child allowance for that person is to be made, notwithstanding that paragraph, from the month specified in the respective items.
次の各号に掲げる者（附則第十四条の規定の適用を受ける者を除く。）が、平成二十四年六月一日から同年十一月三十日までの間に新児童手当法第九条第一項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童手当の額の改定は、同項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から行う。
a father or mother who is a child who has passed the first March 31 on or after the day on which that father or mother reaches the age of fifteen, and who, by being currently admitted as of June 1, 2012 to a facility designed to support persons with disabilities, etc. together with the child before completion of lower secondary school who is that person's child, has come to be one for whom the amount of child allowance is to increase: that month;
a father or mother who is a child who has passed the first March 31 on or after the day on which that father or mother reaches the age of fifteen, and who, by coming, during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of the same year, to be admitted to a facility designed to support persons with disabilities, etc. together with the child before completion of lower secondary school who is that person's child, has come to be one for whom the amount of child allowance is to increase: the month following the month that includes the day on which that person came to be admitted to that facility designed to support persons with disabilities, etc. together with the child before completion of lower secondary school who is that person's child;
a person who has come to be one for whom the amount of child allowance is to increase by coming, during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of the same year, to raise a child placed in a facility, etc. before completion of lower secondary school as the founder of a designated medical institution: the month following the month that includes the day on which that person came to raise that child placed in a facility, etc. before completion of lower secondary school.
平成二十四年六月一日から同年十一月三十日までの間に指定医療機関の設置者として中学校修了前の施設入所等児童を養育することとなったことにより児童手当の額が増額することとなるに至った者 その者が当該中学校修了前の施設入所等児童を養育することとなった日の属する月の翌月
児童手当の額の改定
児童手当の支給を受けている者につき、児童手当の額が増額することとなるに至つた場合における児童手当の額の改定は、その者がその改定後の額につき認定の請求をした日の属する月の翌月から行う。
次の各号に掲げる者が、平成二十四年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に新児童手当法第九条第一項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童手当の額の改定は、同項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から行う。

十八歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日までの間にある者であつて、日本国内に住所を有するもの又は留学その他の内閣府令で定める理由により日本国内に住所を有しないもの
