第九条（労働者派遣の役務の提供を受ける期間に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 40-2 of the new Act apply to worker dispatch carried out based on a staffing contract concluded on or after the effective date, and with regard to worker dispatch carried out based on a staffing contract concluded before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
The provisions of Article 40-3 of the new Act apply to worker dispatch carried out based on a staffing contract concluded on or after the effective date.
