第八条（派遣元管理台帳及び派遣先管理台帳に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 37, paragraph (1), item (viii) of the new Act apply to measures taken on or after the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) of the new Act (including when the provisions are applied pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article following the deemed replacement of terms).
新法第三十七条第一項第八号の規定は、施行日以後に新法第三十条第一項（同条第二項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）の規定により講じられる措置について適用する。
The provisions of Article 37, paragraph (1), item (ix) and Article 42, paragraph (1), item (ix) of the new Act apply to educational training provided on or after the effective date.
新法第三十七条第一項第九号及び第四十二条第一項第九号の規定は、施行日以後に行われる教育訓練について適用する。
