Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning the Prohibition on Worker Dispatch Using Day Workers and Workers Separated from Employment

第六条（日雇労働者及び離職した労働者についての労働者派遣の禁止に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 35-3, paragraph (1), Article 35-4, and Article 40-6 of the new Worker Dispatching Act apply to worker dispatch carried out based on a staffing contract concluded on or after the effective date.

新労働者派遣法第三十五条の三第一項、第三十五条の四及び第四十条の六の規定は、施行日以後に締結される労働者派遣契約に基づき行われる労働者派遣について適用する。

worker dispatch
労働者派遣（ろうどうしゃはけん）
Worker dispatch (労働者派遣): having workers one employs work for another person, under that person's direction and orders, while they stay in one's own employment — not including an arrangement in which one agrees with that person that it will employ the workers.
自己の雇用する労働者を、当該雇用関係の下に、かつ、他人の指揮命令を受けて、当該他人のために労働に従事させることをいい、当該他人に対し当該労働者を当該他人に雇用させることを約してするものを含まないものとする
