Article 58-11Notification of the Counterparty Regarding the Handing over of Articles to a Third Party
第五十八条の十一（第三者への物品の引渡しについての相手方に対する通知）
If a buyer receives articles from the counterparty to a sales contract falling under one of the items of Article 58-8, paragraph (1) and then hands over those articles to a third party, the buyer must notify the counterparty to the sales contract of the handover and the information about the handover specified by order of the competent ministry without delay, except in the case prescribed in the proviso to Article 58-14, paragraph (1).
購入業者は、第五十八条の八第一項各号のいずれかに該当する売買契約の相手方から物品の引渡しを受けた後に、第三者に当該物品を引き渡したときは、第五十八条の十四第一項ただし書に規定する場合を除き、その旨及びその引渡しに関する事項として主務省令で定める事項を、遅滞なく、その売買契約の相手方に通知しなければならない。
