第七条（中小企業等経営強化法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the insurance relations pertaining to guarantee related to start-ups, etc. prescribed in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Act on Strengthening the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc. prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the amending provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in paragraph (1) of the following Article) (referred to as the "Former SME Management Strengthening Act" in paragraph (1) of the following Article and Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions) that have been established under Article 4 of the Former SME Management Strengthening Act, they are deemed to be insurance relations pertaining to guarantee related to start-ups prescribed in Article 129, paragraph (1) of the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness as amended by the provisions of Article 2 that have been established by application of Article 129 of the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness as so amended.
