投資信託約款
The terms of an investment trust (投資信託約款) under Article 4, paragraph (1) or Article 49, paragraph (1) of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations: the terms of the investment trust contract that a financial instruments business operator or a trust company, etc. (信託会社等) must notify to the Prime Minister before concluding it.
