In Article 61-2, paragraph (23), securities for buying and selling (売買目的有価証券), securities that are separable eligible book-entry government bonds (分離適格振替国債) under Article 90, paragraph (1) of the Act on Book-Entry Transfer of Corporate Bonds and Shares, and other securities a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies.

A minor act, of a kind a Cabinet Order (政令) lists, that breaks this Act, an order under it or a measure taken under it in driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle (自動車等).

In Article 52-22, the ceiling on the combined credit and contributions (信用の供与等) that a bank holding company and its subsidiary companies, etc. (子会社等) may extend to one person: their total net equity capital multiplied by a rate a Cabinet Order (政令) sets for each category it sets.
In Article 4, paragraph (5), a customer that is the State (国), a local government (地方公共団体), an association or foundation without legal personality (人格のない社団又は財団) or another body a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies, for which that paragraph changes what must be verified under paragraphs (1) and (2) when a natural person other than the customer handles the transaction.
