第二号被保険者（だいにごうひほけんしゃ）

A person aged 40 to 64 who has a domicile in the municipality's area and is a medical insurance subscriber (医療保険加入者) (Article 9, item (ii)). Residents of certain facilities for persons with disabilities, and others a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order names, are kept out of the insurance for the time being by Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Act for Enforcement of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act.

第二号被保険者（だいにごうひほけんしゃ）

A person insured under Employees' Pension Insurance (厚生年金保険) (Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii)).

番号利用法（ばんごうりようほう）

Short name for the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 27 of 2013).

第二号厚生年金被保険者（だいにごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

An insured covered by employees' pension insurance (厚生年金保険) who is a member of a National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association (国家公務員共済組合), as Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act provides; for these insureds the implementing organizations (実施機関), which handle matters such as their status, insured periods, insurance benefits and insurance premiums, are those mutual aid associations and the Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations (国家公務員共済組合連合会).

第三号厚生年金被保険者（だいさんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

An insured covered by employees' pension insurance (厚生年金保険) who is a member of a mutual aid association of local government officials (地方公務員共済組合), as Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act provides; for these insureds the implementing organizations (実施機関), which handle matters such as their status, insured periods, insurance benefits and insurance premiums, are those mutual aid associations, the National Federation of Mutual Aid Associations for Municipal Personnel (全国市町村職員共済組合連合会) and the Pension Fund Association for Local Government Officials (地方公務員共済組合連合会).

第一号厚生年金被保険者期間（だいいちごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃきかん）

Time during which a person was a category I EPI insured (第一号厚生年金被保険者): an insured under employees' pension insurance who is not a member of a national or local public officers' mutual aid association or of the private school personnel mutual aid system (Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (i)).

第一号厚生年金被保険者（だいいちごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

An insured covered by employees' pension insurance (厚生年金保険) who is not a member of a National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association (国家公務員共済組合), of a mutual aid association of local government officials (地方公務員共済組合) or of the mutual aid system for private school personnel (私立学校教職員共済制度), as Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act provides; for these insureds the implementing organization (実施機関), which handles matters such as their status, insured periods, insurance benefits and insurance premiums, is the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (厚生労働大臣).

各号の厚生年金被保険者期間（かくごうのこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃきかん）

Each of the category I, category II, category III and category IV EPI insured periods (第一号厚生年金被保険者期間 to 第四号厚生年金被保険者期間), as Article 78-22 groups them.

第四号厚生年金被保険者期間（だいよんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃきかん）

The period during which a person was a category IV insured (第四号厚生年金被保険者): an insured under Employees' Pension Insurance (厚生年金保険) who is a member of the mutual aid system for private school teachers and staff (私立学校教職員共済制度) under the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act (Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iv)).

第四号厚生年金被保険者（だいよんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

A category IV insured: an insured under Employees' Pension Insurance (厚生年金保険) who is a member of the mutual aid system for private school teachers and staff (私立学校教職員共済制度) under the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, for whom the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (日本私立学校振興・共済事業団) is the implementing organization (実施機関) (Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iv)).

In Article 61, a cryptoasset as defined in Article 2, paragraph (14) of the Payment Services Act (Act No. 59 of 2009).

第一号事業（だいいちごうじぎょう）

The part of a municipality's comprehensive long-term care prevention and daily life support projects (介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業) that carries out, for insured persons requiring support at home and others a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies (居宅要支援被保険者等), the category 1 home-visit (第一号訪問事業), day service (第一号通所事業), daily life support (第一号生活支援事業) and preventive long-term care support (第一号介護予防支援事業) projects listed in Article 115-45, paragraph (1), item (i).

侵害送信元識別符号等（しんがいそうしんもとしきべつふごうとう）

In Article 113 and Article 119, paragraph (2), a transmitter identification code, etc. (送信元識別符号等) for an infringing work (侵害著作物等).

個人番号利用事務等実施者（こじんばんごうりようじむとうじっししゃ）

A person in charge of work using Individual Numbers (個人番号利用事務実施者) or of work related to Individual Numbers (個人番号関係事務実施者).

介護保険第二号被保険者（かいごほけんだいにごうひほけんしゃ）

An insured person under Article 9, item (ii) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act: a person aged 40 or over and under 65 who has their domicile in a municipality and is covered by medical insurance (医療保険加入者).

第一号寄附金（だいいちごうきふきん）

In the articles on the inhabitant tax deduction for donations, a donation to a prefecture, municipality or special ward (都道府県等) of the kind listed in item 1 of their paragraph 1, other than one bringing the donor a special benefit; such a donation to a body the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications designates under paragraph 2 as meeting the criteria on fundraising, use of the money and return gifts (返礼品等) is a special deduction donation (特例控除対象寄附金).

自動車登録番号標交付代行者（じどうしゃとうろくばんごうひょうこうふだいこうしゃ）

A person designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (国土交通大臣) under Article 25, paragraph (1), for each place of business, to carry on the business of issuing motor vehicle registration number plates (自動車登録番号標) to the owners of registered motor vehicles.

第三号厚生年金被保険者期間（だいさんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃきかん）

Time during which a person was a category III EPI insured (第三号厚生年金被保険者): an insured under employees' pension insurance who is a member of a local public officers' mutual aid association (地方公務員共済組合) (Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iii)).

The specified business operators (特定事業者) listed in Article 2, paragraph (2), item (xxxii): cryptoasset exchange service providers as defined in Article 2, paragraph (16) of the Payment Services Act.
