カード記録事項
The information recorded electronically on an Individual Number Card (個人番号カード): the name, name reading (omitted for a foreign resident (外国人住民)), address, date of birth, sex and Individual Number (個人番号), the other matters a Cabinet Order (政令) sets, and further matters an order of the competent ministries (主務省令) sets.

構造等に関する事項
A motor vehicle's length, width, height and the other particulars a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Order (国土交通省令) specifies, as recorded in the motor vehicle registration file (自動車登録ファイル) or stated on a certificate of surrender of motor vehicle inspection certificate (自動車検査証返納証明書).

第二項有価証券
