In Article 52-3, a foreign national or other person concerned whom an immigration inspector or immigration control officer has asked to appear and questioned under Article 59-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act; in Article 6-2, a foreign national in Japan, or the agent (代理人) referred to in Article 7-2, paragraph (2) of that Act, applying for a certificate of eligibility (在留資格認定証明書).
利害関係人
A person other than the foreign national being heard (被聴取者) who is found to have an interest in the revocation of a status of residence (在留資格) under consideration, and whom the immigration inspector conducting the hearing may ask, or permit, to take part in it.
The training under Article 108-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) for persons denied or stripped of driving privileges (取消処分者等) and those in a similar position (準取消処分者等).
取消時補償金相当額
In Article 67-3, the part of the compensation deposited for a compulsory license (裁定) to use an unmanaged work made public, etc. (未管理公表著作物等) that corresponds to the period from the day of the license to the day before it was revoked, which the copyright owner may receive.
A public interest corporation, etc. (公益法人等) that received a gift or bequest approved under Article 40, paragraph (1) (特定贈与等), then had its public interest authorization (公益認定) revoked under Article 29, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundations for a reason that does not itself allow that approval to be revoked, and is now a specified general corporation (特定一般法人).
In Article 40(8), the revocation of a public interest certification (公益認定) under Article 29(1) or (2) of the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundations, other than a revocation whose grounds also allow the approval under Article 40(1) to be cancelled.

The work on driving licenses under Chapter VI that a public safety commission (公安委員会) may entrust to a corporation a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) names, other than refusing or withholding licenses, setting and changing their conditions, judging test and fitness screening results, revoking and suspending licenses, and the other work a Cabinet Order (政令) sets.
In the table in Article 95-6, paragraph (1), which sets how long licenses stay valid, a person whose license was revoked under Article 103, paragraph (1) or (4) on the grounds in items (i) to (ii) of paragraph (1) (certain illnesses, dementia (認知症) or a physical disability) and for whom fewer than three years have passed since the revocation, other than a person who, in the questionnaire (質問票) or report they last gave before it, committed the violation in Article 117-4, paragraph (1), item (iii) (a false statement).

A stakeholder (利害関係人) — someone other than the foreign national being heard who has an interest in the revocation of a status of residence — whom the immigration inspector conducting the hearing has permitted to take part in it under Article 25-5, paragraph (1).
In Article 35, paragraph (1), the address, residence or other place where a photographed person, etc. (撮影対象者等) connected with the covered retained article (対象領置物件) or covered electronic or magnetic record (対象電磁的記録) at issue normally stays, in a court action to revoke a disposition, etc. (処分等) listed in Article 26, paragraph (1) or a determination on it under Article 29, paragraph (1).
供用期間
In Article 46, paragraph (2), the five years from the date of commencement of use (供用日) of export business assets (輸出事業用資産) — or, if the certification of the export business plan is revoked within them, the time from that date to the revocation.
A person whose license was refused or revoked, or who was banned from driving for more than six months, under the provisions Article 96-3, paragraph (1) lists, other than one so treated on the grounds in Article 90, paragraph (1), items (i) to (iii) or (vii), Article 103, paragraph (1), items (i) to (iv), or Article 107-5, paragraph (1), item (i).
運転経歴区分
In Article 105-2, a category modelled on the categories of driver with an exemplary record (優良運転者), driver with a satisfactory record (一般運転者) and driver with a violation or a short record (違反運転者等) in the table in Article 95-6, paragraph (1), by which a driving record certificate (運転経歴証明書) or driving record information (運転経歴情報) shows a person's driving history.
納付すべき分納税額
In Article 70-8-2, paragraph (7), where the certification of the forest management plan (森林経営計画) is cancelled or another event a Cabinet Order (政令) sets occurs, the part of the inheritance tax installments that would have fallen due afterwards that relates to the tax on the planned standing timber (森林計画立木部分); it all falls due at the time the Cabinet Order sets, though the district director (税務署長) may, on application, let it be paid in installments over the years still remaining.
A lawsuit (訴訟) filed in a specified court with jurisdiction (特定管轄裁判所) under Article 12(4) of the Administrative Case Litigation Act, that is, the district court at the seat of the high court whose district covers the plaintiff's general forum (普通裁判籍), seeking revocation of a decision on disclosure or non-disclosure (開示決定等), or of a ruling (裁決) on a request for review (審査請求) of such a decision or of a failure to act on a request for disclosure (開示請求).
A person who escaped a license revocation, or a driving ban of more than six months, under the provisions Article 96-3, paragraph (2) lists only because their license (免許) had already lapsed or they no longer held an international or foreign driving permit (other than on the grounds in Article 103, paragraph (1), items (i) to (iv) or Article 107-5, paragraph (1), item (i)).
In the supplementary provisions of Act No. 8 of 2020, a consolidated business year as defined in Article 15-2, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act as it stood before that Act amended it.
