贈与等時みなしデリバティブ取引損失額
The loss deemed under Article 60-3, paragraph (3) to arise on an unsettled derivatives transaction (未決済デリバティブ取引) at the moment it passed to a nonresident (非居住者) by gift, inheritance or bequest (贈与等), with which later losses on the same transaction are compared in Article 60-3, paragraphs (8) and (11).
