新医療法（しんいりょうほう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 141 of 2000.

算定金額（さんていきんがく）

The amount, computed as a Cabinet Order (政令) provides, that corresponds to the income from a formerly exempt business (旧非課税事業) — one listed in Article 72-4, paragraph 2, items 1 to 5 of the Local Tax Act as it stood before Article 1 of Act No. 9 of 1985 amended it — which Article 3 of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) uses to work out how much is deducted from the income on which enterprise tax (事業税) is charged during the transition.

旧銀行法（きゅうぎんこうほう）

旧根抵当権（きゅうねていとうけん）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 99 of 1971, a mortgage (抵当権) of the revolving kind (根抵当) that already existed when that Act came into effect on 1 April 1972.

震災特例法（しんさいとくれいほう）

Land in item 3, 5 or 6 of the table in Article 17-2, paragraph 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) whose comparable land (類似土地) is fiscal 2025 adjusted land (令和七年度適用土地), land whose fiscal 2025 fixed assets tax (固定資産税) base was lowered for falling land prices.

中型免許（ちゅうがためんきょ）

The mid-sized motor vehicle license (中型自動車免許) of Article 84, paragraph (3) of the Road Traffic Act as amended by Article 4 of Act No. 90 of 2004, as Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) names it in saying which license held under the earlier wording is deemed to be which license under the new one; a standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車免許) held under the earlier wording is in most cases deemed to be a mid-sized motor vehicle license limited to vehicles corresponding to the earlier standard motor vehicle.
