The monetary adjustment for the employment of persons with disabilities (障害者雇用調整金) that the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers (機構) pays under Article 50 for each fiscal year to an employer whose qualifying disabled workers, counted on the first day of each month and multiplied by the base adjustment amount (調整基礎額), come to more than its levy as calculated under Article 54, paragraph (1).
In Article 18, the Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization (機構), a Federation of National Health Insurance Associations (国保連合会) or another body a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) names, to which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may entrust all or part of the work of the research and analysis under Article 16, paragraph (1) and of using or providing anonymized medical data (匿名医療保険等関連情報) under Article 16-2, paragraph (1).

In Article 67, paragraph (4), the record date (基準日) under the Companies Act fixed for a dividend of surplus, or the equivalent date fixed for a dividend of profit or a cash distribution of an investment corporation; dividends resolved between the end of the business year containing it and the settlement of that year's accounts are treated as reducing the specified family company's retained amount for that year.
