The rate the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare sets for calculating the Class II special enrollment insurance premiums (第二種特別加入保険料), in view of the rates of occupational accidents, multiple-job-related accidents and commuting accidents (for persons a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) specifies under Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, industrial and multiple-job-related accidents only) in businesses of the same or a similar kind as those of Article 33, item (iii) of that Act or doing work of the same or a similar kind as that of its item (v), the kind and content of the social reintegration promotion programs (社会復帰促進等事業) and other circumstances.
In Chapter VIII, Section 5 (Articles 209 to 214), the period within which a creditor must act to take part in an interim distribution (中間配当): two weeks from the day the bankruptcy trustee's public notice of the distribution takes effect, or from the day the trustee reports to the court that its notices should have reached the creditors who filed claims, as Article 198, paragraph (1) provides and Article 209, paragraph (3) applies it.
The total, over all insurers exceeding the special estimated burden adjustment standard (特別概算負担調整基準超過保険者), of their estimated amounts subject to special burden adjustment (特別負担調整対象見込額) less their estimated amounts subject to burden adjustment (負担調整対象見込額); a third of it counts toward the estimated burden adjustment under Article 38, paragraph (3), and under Article 93, paragraph (3) the State grants the Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization (機構) two-thirds of it each fiscal year, corrected for the difference between the estimate and the fixed total two years before.

A hospital, clinic, long-term care health facility (介護老人保健施設) or integrated facility for medical and long-term care (介護医療院) that is a public facility and that a medical corporation manages as its designated manager under Article 244-2, paragraph (3) of the Local Autonomy Act.

A person to whom a person carrying on business opportunity sales (業務提供誘引販売業) has entrusted, all together, the tasks listed in Article 54-3, paragraph (5): getting recipients' consent to, or requests for, its email advertising (業務提供誘引販売取引電子メール広告), making and keeping the records of them, and showing recipients what they need to say they want no more.

In Article 57-2(1) to (3), the day on which a loss corporation (欠損等法人) — one that came under another person's specified controlling interest (特定支配関係) while holding unused losses or assets with an unrealised loss — comes under one of the events paragraph (1) lists, such as starting a business after having none, or taking in funds of more than about five times the scale of an old business it has discontinued or expects to discontinue, within the period that paragraph sets after the day it came under that control; for a qualified merger under item (iv), it is the day before the merger.
In Article 61-2, paragraph (24), the day a domestic corporation makes the contract for a merger, company split or share exchange in which it is to deliver shares of its parent corporation (親法人株式).

A trust company licensed under Article 3 or Article 53, paragraph (1) of the Trust Business Act, or a financial institution carrying on trust business under the Act on Engagement in Trust Business by Financial Institutions, with which a lineal ascendant makes the fund management contract.
In each of Article 185-7, paragraphs (5), (7) and (11), the decision or decisions ordering payment of an administrative monetary penalty (課徴金) already made under the provisions that paragraph lists on documents or information for the same business year as the new decision (新決定) the Prime Minister must now make; the penalties already ordered under them are taken into account in setting the new one.
