An order by which a public prosecutor (検察官), under Article 11, requires the person with authority to erase records using a seized computer to erase a covered electronic or magnetic record (対象電磁的記録) that was copied, under Article 218, paragraph (2) or Article 509, paragraph (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, from a recording medium connected to that computer over a telecommunications line (電気通信回線) and is still on that medium, together with copies of it that person made on the same medium.
Money or other assets handed over in Japan in the cases Article 224-3, paragraph (4) of the Income Tax Act lists, such as the ending or partial cancellation of an investment trust or of a specified trust issuing beneficiary certificates (特定受益証券発行信託), the redemption of bonds (公社債) or corporate-bond-type beneficial interests (社債的受益権), or interest on separated-interest bonds (分離利子公社債).
