What Article 2, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) and (b) list: a person's sexual parts (性的な部位) — the genitals or anus or the areas around them, the buttocks or the chest — or the part of underwear a person wears, of a kind normally covered by clothing and used to cover those parts, that is covering them directly or indirectly; and any other pose of a person while an indecent act or sexual intercourse, etc. (性交等), as Article 177, paragraph (1) of the Penal Code defines it, is taking place.

In Article 57-4, a chemical substance other than those Cabinet Order (政令) specifies as existing chemical substances (including those whose names have been published under paragraph (3) of that Article); an employer who intends to manufacture or import one must first assess how harmful it is and notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, with some exceptions.
Premiums or contributions under a life insurance policy concluded on or after 1 January 2012, for the part paying a fixed benefit on survival or death and similar parts, other than nursing care and medical insurance premiums and new individual pension insurance premiums, which can be deducted from income within set limits.

みなし揮発油
A gasoline-like product (揮発油類似品) that Article 88-6, paragraph 2 treats as gasoline when it is taken out of a bonded area (保税地域); Article 90-2 exempts it from gasoline tax (揮発油税) and local gasoline tax when it is taken out, with the approval of the director of customs, for a use listed in Article 90, paragraph 1.
The license details that can be recorded on a person's Individual Number Card (個人番号カード) under Article 95-2: the number of the license information record (免許情報記録), the license date and the last day of the record's validity, the kind of license, its conditions, and details shown on a license card (免許証) that a Cabinet Office Order (内閣府令) selects.
In Article 164, the part of a report under Article 163 that relates to the profit an officer or major shareholder (主要株主) of a listed company, etc. (上場会社等) made by buying and then selling, or selling and then buying, its specified securities, etc. (特定有価証券等) within six months, where the Prime Minister finds from the report that such a profit was made.
In Section 9 of Chapter V, on establishing operational control systems, whichever of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, a prefectural governor (都道府県知事), the mayor of a designated city (指定都市) or of a core city (中核市), or the mayor of a municipality (市町村長) a long-term care service provider (介護サービス事業者) has notified of its operational control system under Article 115-32, paragraph (2).
