In Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 62 of 2026, the National Disaster Management Council placed in the Disaster Management Agency under Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Basic Act on Disaster Management as amended by Article 8 of that Act, which the council placed in the Cabinet Office (内閣府) becomes, carrying on as the same body.
In Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 62 of 2026, the National Disaster Management Council placed in the Cabinet Office (内閣府) under Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Basic Act on Disaster Management as it stood before Article 8 of that Act amended it, which carries on as the same body as the council placed in the Disaster Management Agency.

In Article 19(6)(ii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 16 of 1991), an agricultural cooperative or other corporation of a kind a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies that has made an interest subsidy contract under the 1971 Act on temporary interest subsidies for loans to farmland owners building rental housing (Act No. 32 of 1971).

In Article 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 51 of 2001, a license card (免許証) issued on a renewal, made on or after the date that Act came into effect, of a specified license (特定免許証); its validity continues to follow the earlier rules.
In Article 6, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 96 of 2000, the provisions of this Act as amended by Article 1 of that Act, or of orders under it, that provide for disclosure procedures (流通開示手続) to be carried out in writing.

In Article 11 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 82 of 1980, a benefit named by the Cabinet Order (政令) under Article 46, paragraph (5) of this Act as amended by Article 1 of that Act (other than one wholly suspended), which the spouse of a person entitled to an old-age pension or disability pension under this Act can receive.
In Article 13 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2012, a day on which the beneficiary of an employees' old-age pension (老齢厚生年金) covered by that Article is an insured under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act who has been, without a break since before that Act came into effect, an insured as a member of a national or local public officers' mutual aid association (共済組合) or of the mutual aid system for private school teachers and staff (私立学校教職員共済制度), other than a day excluded by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) under Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by that Act.
