昭和五十五年新法（しょうわごじゅうごねんしんぽう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Acts No. 11 of 1978 and No. 15 of 1979, this Act as amended by the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 9 of 1980).

第三号旧介護保険法（だいさんごうきゅうかいごほけんほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2014, the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (this Act) as it stood before Article 5 of that Act amended it, counting only the amendments listed in Article 1, item (iii) of those supplementary provisions, which came into effect on 1 April 2015.

第一条改正前入管法（だいいちじょうかいせいまえにゅうかんほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 1 of the 2023 amending law (Act No. 56 of 2023) amended it.

第四条改正前国保法（だいよんじょうかいせいまえこくほほう）

Short name, in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 6 of 1984, for the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 6 of 1984).

一時抹消登録自動車（いちじまっしょうとうろくじどうしゃ）

In Article 8 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 40 of 2006, a motor vehicle that received temporary cancellation of registration (一時抹消登録) under this Act as it stood before Article 2 of that Act amended it, before the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of those supplementary provisions came into effect (一部施行日).

平成二十四年機能強化法（へいせいにじゅうよねんきのうきょうかほう）

Short name, in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 74 of 2025, for the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Strengthen, etc. the Financial Basis and Minimum Guarantee Function of the Public Pension System (Act No. 62 of 2012).

第四号新金融商品取引法（だいよんごうしんきんゆうしょうひんとりひきほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 79 of 2023, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948) as amended by Article 1 of that Act, counting only the amendments listed in Article 1, item (iv) of those supplementary provisions.

昭和六十年国民年金等改正法（しょうわろくじゅうねんこくみんねんきんとうかいせいほう）

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985).

平成十四年改正後の地方税法（へいせいじゅうよんねんかいせいごのちほうぜいほう）

The Local Tax Act as amended by the Act Partially Amending the Local Tax Act (Act No. 17 of 2002).

新戸籍（しんこせき）

A family register (戸籍) newly created on or after the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 48 of 2023 come into effect — among them Article 7 of that Act, which amends this Act.

耐震基準適合家屋（たいしんきじゅんてきごうかおく）

A building listed in a plan as needing a safety check (要安全確認計画記載建築物) under Article 7 of the Act on Promotion of Seismic Retrofitting of Buildings, or a large building needing an urgent safety check (要緊急安全確認大規模建築物) under Article 3, paragraph 1 of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則), that has been reported as those provisions require and not made subject to an order or instruction under that Act, received a seismic retrofit (耐震改修) between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2029 with a government subsidy a Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Order (総務省令) specifies, and has been certified as meeting the earthquake resistance standards (耐震基準).

特例執行文付与申立事件に関する申立て等（とくれいしっこうぶんふよもうしたてじけんにかんするもうしたてとう）

A petition (申立て) or other statement (申述) made in a case concerning a petition for granting of a special attestation of enforceability (特例執行文付与申立事件).

旧法（きゅうほう）

This Act as it stood before Act No. 42 of 1957 amended it.

新法（しんぽう）

This Act as amended by Act No. 54 of 2008.

旧法（きゅうほう）

This Act as it stood before Act No. 30 of 2018 amended it.

施行日（しこうび）

The date Act No. 15 of 2023, the amending Act these supplementary provisions (附則) belong to, comes into effect.
