第四条
With regard to the application of Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Employment Security Act (Act No. 141 of 1947) and Article 20, paragraph (3) of the Mariners' Employment Security Act (Act No. 130 of 1948) to a person who graduated, before this Act comes into effect, from a school for the blind, school for hearing impaired children or school for handicapped children prescribed in Article 1 of the Former School Education Act, that person is deemed to be a person who graduated from a special needs education school prescribed in Article 1 of the New School Education Act.
この法律の施行前に旧学校教育法第一条に規定する盲学校、聾学校又は養護学校を卒業した者に対する職業安定法（昭和二十二年法律第百四十一号）第二十六条第一項及び船員職業安定法（昭和二十三年法律第百三十号）第二十条第三項の規定の適用については、その者は、新学校教育法第一条に規定する特別支援学校を卒業した者とみなす。
